The Plaza of the Palm Beaches is a waterfront condominium development at 525 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida, set along the Intracoastal Waterway with views toward the island of Palm Beach. Completed in 1985 and designed by Schwab & Twitty Architects, it comprises two 32-story twin towers containing 221 condominium residences.
The property was developed by the Armour Guider Development Corporation and was acquired by Donald Trump in 1986, after which it was known for decades as Trump Plaza of the Palm Beaches. In May 2021 the condominium board voted to drop the Trump name and the building reverted to The Plaza.
