Hollywood Moon is a boutique oceanfront condominium development underway on South Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, Florida, between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The project comprises 48 residences across two sculptural towers, giving residents dual waterfront exposure, and is being developed by the Unilog Group.
Designed by Adache Group Architects in a tropical-modern style, the residences are one-, two- and three-bedroom floor-through layouts ranging from roughly 1,100 to over 2,200 square feet, many with den options, ten-foot-deep wraparound terraces with glass railings, floor-to-ceiling windows, bespoke Italian cabinetry with porcelain waterfall countertops, integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms and smart-home technology. The development includes more than 20,000 square feet of amenities.
