Swedroe and built by WCI in 2006, the 13-story building contains just 15 exclusive residences, each served by its own private elevator with direct beach access on the sands of Singer Island.
The lower five floors hold two- and three-bedroom residences of just under 3,000 square feet, while the top five floors are full-floor penthouses of approximately 5,100 square feet, including a family room, Florida room and formal dining room, plus about 800 square feet of terrace overlooking the Intracoastal and Atlantic Ocean. An entire floor is dedicated to amenities.
