Palm Beach Biltmore
The Palm Beach Biltmore is a historic condominium at 150 Bradley Place in Palm Beach, Florida, originally opened in February 1926 as the Alba Hotel. Designed by the architectural firm Allen & De Young in a Mediterranean/Italian Renaissance Revival style, the 12-story building was one of the grand resort hotels of 1920s Palm Beach and later operated as the Palm Beach Biltmore Hotel.
The hotel was converted to residential condominiums in the 1970s, creating roughly 126 residences within the ornate original structure. The town of Palm Beach designated the Biltmore's main building a historic landmark in 1991.
