Quail Ridge
Quail Ridge is a private, mandatory-membership country club community spanning more than 600 acres in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, with residences including 4663 Kittiwake Ct. Development began in 1972 and the community was turned over to member ownership in 1981, and today it comprises 946 residences—condominiums, villas, and single-family homes—across 24 villages, including the Bobwhite and Egret sections. At its center is The Club at Quail Ridge, anchored by two 18-hole championship golf courses originally designed by Joe Lee (1974 and 1977), with the South course renovated by Kipp Schulties in 2011. Club amenities include a 16-court Har-Tru tennis center with pickleball, a spa and fitness center, fine and casual dining rooms, and a swimming pool in each village. Residences throughout the community offer views of the golf courses, lakes, and landscaped grounds that define this established Boynton Beach golf enclave.
