Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences – East Tower (known in project materials as the Happiness Tower) is a 20-story, 86-residence oceanfront condominium tower at 3100 N Ocean Dr on Singer Island in Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County, completed in 2024 as the more recently finished of the resort's two towers. The development was conceived by Dilip Barot's Creative Choice Group and built by WRS Development, LLC, with architecture by Miami-based S&E Architects, interiors by Bilkey Llinas Design, and landscape design by Cadence. The building anchors a wellness-focused resort campus built around Eastern and Western spa traditions, offering residents access to roughly 100,000 square feet of shared spa and wellness facilities across four floors, including an indoor-outdoor hydrothermal water-therapy circuit, a hammam, an oceanfront fitness center, yoga and meditation spaces, multiple restaurants, and direct beachfront pools. Residences range from roughly 1,465 to 3,390 square feet in two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den layouts, most with large private terraces and penthouses featuring rooftop decks, hot tubs, and summer kitchens. Sitting directly on the Atlantic on Singer Island, a narrow barrier island north of Palm Beach, the tower is within a short drive of Ocean Reef Park, John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, and downtown West Palm Beach.
