Bentley Residences is a 63-story, 710-foot oceanfront condominium tower at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the first Bentley-branded residential building in the world. Developed by Dezer Development with exterior and interior design by Bentley Motors and architecture by Sieger Suarez, the tower rises on a 2.4-acre site with 200 feet of beach frontage, between Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops. Its diamond-pattern glass facade repeats the quilted motif found across Bentley's cars, and the building's signature is the Dezervator, a patented vehicle elevator that carries residents and their cars directly into a private three- or four-car garage inside each home. Vertical construction began in 2026, with the superstructure past the 13th floor by late July and delivery expected in 2028.
All 216 residences are three- and four-bedroom homes of roughly 2,800 to 3,000 interior square feet plus balconies of 1,100 to 2,000 square feet, each with a private heated pool and raised sundeck on the terrace, a summer kitchen, sauna in the master bath, floor-to-ceiling windows with Atlantic and Intracoastal views, and ceilings rising to 10 feet. Kitchens are Italian cabinetry with stone counters and a full Miele suite; baths use Toto Neorest fixtures, behind-mirror televisions and freestanding tubs. More than 20,000 square feet of amenities across three levels are furnished from the Bentley Home collection: a three-story lobby, a restaurant, a whiskey bar and cigar lounge, a 14-seat theater styled after a Bentley interior, a spa and beauty salon, a fitness center and outdoor yoga studio, and full beach service.
