Continuum I (South Tower)
The Continuum I South Tower is the original tower of the Continuum on South Beach, a gated oceanfront resort-style condominium occupying roughly 12 acres at 100 South Pointe Drive in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach. The 42-story South Tower was completed in 2002, developed by Bruce Eichner and designed by Fullerton Diaz Architects.
