Continuum II (North Tower)
Continuum II is the North Tower of the Continuum on South Beach, a 12-acre oceanfront resort community at the southern tip of Miami Beach's South of Fifth (SoFi) neighborhood, addressed at 50 South Pointe Drive. The 37-story tower was completed in 2008 as the second phase of the development by Ian Bruce Eichner's The Continuum Company, with architecture by Sieger Suarez. It was built on the same gated, amenity-rich grounds as the earlier South Tower (Continuum I, 2002).
The tower holds roughly 200 residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, plus duplex penthouses, with floor plans generally spanning from around 1,400 to over 3,000 square feet.
