Five Park is a luxury condominium tower at 500 Alton Road in Miami Beach, completed in 2024-2025 at the gateway between South Beach and the MacArthur Causeway. Rising about 48 stories and 518 feet, it is the tallest tower in Miami Beach. The project was co-developed by Terra and GFO Investments, designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard and a 3-acre public Canopy Park at its base.
