







Grove at Grand Bay (North & South)
Grove at Grand Bay is a pair of 20-story twisting glass condominium towers in Miami's Coconut Grove, completed in 2016 on the former site of the Grand Bay Hotel. It was developed by Terra Group and designed by Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), with landscape architecture by Raymond Jungles. Each tower rotates roughly 38 degrees from base to crown, giving residences varied orientations and bay or city views, and the buildings were designed to meet LEED Gold standards.
The two towers contain 98 condominiums ranging from about 1,300 to 10,000 square feet. The landscaped grounds preserve existing mature trees and add nearly 500 trees and more than 15,000 plants across the roughly three-acre site, with water features at street level.
