Palms Towers 1
The Palms is an oceanfront condominium community at 2100-2110 N Ocean Boulevard on Fort Lauderdale Beach, comprising two Italian Mediterranean-style towers plus seven four-story oceanfront villas with keystone columns and barrel-tile roofs. It was developed by Albanese-Popkin (Leonard Albanese and Edward Popkin, with Tommy Hilfiger as an investor) and designed by Fullerton-Diaz Architects. Tower I, the south tower at 2100 N Ocean Blvd, was completed around 1999-2000 with roughly 89 residences over about 30 floors; the north tower (Tower II) followed in 2001.
Residences range from about 2,130 to over 3,200 square feet, with the seven villas exceeding 4,000 square feet. The community sits on a wide private oceanfront beach and shares a resort-style amenity package across both towers.
