The Palms is a private oceanfront condominium enclave on Fort Lauderdale Beach at 2100-2110 N Ocean Boulevard, comprising two Italian Mediterranean Palazzo-style towers plus seven beachfront villas set on more than 450 feet of private sand. Tower II (the north tower, 2110 N Ocean Blvd) was completed in 2001, following Tower I in 1999; the towers rise roughly 31-32 stories and the community totals about 192 residences. The Palms was developed by Albanese Popkin.
