The Residences at the Miami Beach EDITION is a boutique oceanfront condominium at 2901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach's Mid-Beach area, completed in 2014. It was created by hotelier and developer Ian Schrager in partnership with the EDITION hotel brand, with design by British architect John Pawson, combining a restored landmark 1950s building with a newly constructed 17-story tower.
The residential collection is very limited, with about 24 residences, including two penthouses with private rooftop terraces and pools. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass, teak flooring, and custom Bulthaup kitchens, and owners have access to the services and facilities of the adjoining Miami Beach EDITION hotel.
