Four Seasons Residences at The Surf Club is an oceanfront luxury condominium development at 9001 & 9111 Collins Avenue in Surfside, Florida, completed in 2017. Developed by Fort Partners and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier (with Miami-based Kobi Karp as associate architect), the project comprises two 12-story residential towers and a 77-room Four Seasons Hotel built around the restored historic Surf Club, originally designed by Russell Pancoast in 1930.
The development contains 144 condominium residences, including 14 penthouses, ranging from roughly 1,800 to 7,800 square feet with two- to five-bedroom layouts. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass with Atlantic Ocean views, and select terraces extend up to 18 feet deep with ceilings up to 20 feet; certain penthouses include private pools and atriums. Interiors were directed by Richard Meier in collaboration with Lee Mindel.
