Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Hotel Miami is a 70-story, roughly 789-foot mixed-use tower at 1425/1435 Brickell Avenue in Miami's Brickell financial district, completed in 2003. Developed by Millennium Partners and designed by Handel Architects (with Bermello Ajamil & Partners), it combines a Four Seasons hotel on the lower floors with privately owned condominium residences on the upper floors. For years it was the tallest building in Miami and in Florida.
The residential component comprises private condominiums and penthouses on the upper floors (roughly floors 40-70), with layouts ranging from studios to large multi-bedroom homes and sizes that extend up to several thousand square feet. Residents have access to the hotel's services and a two-acre, seventh-floor pool terrace anchored by the 40,000-square-foot Sports Club/LA fitness facility.
