It is being developed by Al Adelson (developer of the nearby Bristol) with the Morrison family's Sympatico Real Estate, designed by Arquitectonica; sales launched in December 2024 with construction slated to begin in 2026.
The building is planned for 193 residences in two- to five-bedroom layouts plus four penthouses, marketed for its waterfront setting and large private terraces near downtown West Palm Beach.
