The Delmore
The Delmore is a 12-story ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium under construction at 8777 Collins Avenue in Surfside, with completion expected in 2029. It is the first U.S. residential project by Dubai-based DAMAC International, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects (ODP Architects as architect of record) with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and landscape by CLAD.
The building will hold 37 full- and half-floor residences (no more than four per floor), predominantly four to five bedrooms averaging more than 7,000 square feet, with penthouses starting at 10,000 square feet. ZHA's fluid, curvilinear forms and a GFRC façade inspired by Surfside sand define the design, with private elevator arrival galleries in every home.
